Unwind with Hayley Anderson for an evening of yoga and movement in the relaxing scenery of the Wild Mile. Hayley is a returning WMWS instructor who leads vinyasa yoga classes that strive to connect the mind and body. Her style is energetic, playful, and full of joy. Currently, she teaches at Tula Yoga Studio in Logan Square. Come experience her lessons on the Wild Mile! Some yoga mats will be made available to participants, but bring your own if you have one!
